Which countries does MYNDR ship to?

Do you ship to the UK?
Yes. The United Kingdom is one of the 27 countries we deliver to outside the US. Shipping is carried by DHL Express, FedEx or DHL eCommerce, and the rate and delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices display in pounds.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canada is served by our international carriers rather than the free US rate, so a shipping charge is quoted at checkout alongside the delivery estimate. Prices display in Canadian dollars.
Do you ship to Australia or New Zealand?
Yes, both. Delivery is by DHL Express, FedEx or DHL eCommerce, with the rate and estimate shown at checkout, and prices displayed in Australian or New Zealand dollars.

How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on the carrier and your address, so we don't publish a flat figure we'd have to break. Enter your address at checkout and every available option is priced live, with its delivery estimate, before any payment is taken.
How long does delivery take?
Within the US, 4–5 business days on standard shipping. Internationally it depends on the service you pick at checkout: express options are typically a few days, economy services longer. The estimate for each option is shown next to its price.
Will I pay import duties or local taxes?
Prices shown do not include import duties or local taxes. Depending on your country, these may be payable on delivery or collected at checkout. Your checkout will tell you which applies before you pay. If you are unsure, email care@myndr.shop before ordering and we will check for your country.
Returns and problems
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, wherever it was delivered. Email care@myndr.shop within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we refund in full, opened jars included. There is nothing to post back: the refund replaces the returns process entirely.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Email care@myndr.shop with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier. Damaged, delayed or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. We reply within one business day.
